ANZEN PARTENERS sells items shipped directly by us and items fulfilled by our suppliers.

Our Houston inventory

Products marked “Ships from Houston, Texas” are held in our own inventory and include free standard shipping to eligible United States addresses. Available delivery options and the final shipping total are shown at checkout.

Supplier-fulfilled products

Shipping charges, availability and delivery times vary by product, supplier and destination. Free shipping applies only where explicitly stated. Items from different suppliers may arrive in separate packages.

Delivery timing and tracking

Processing and transit times vary. If an estimate is not displayed, contact us before ordering at annierzenia@gmail.com. Tracking information is provided when available after shipment. Delivery dates are estimates unless explicitly guaranteed.

Address changes and delivery questions

Check your delivery address before paying. Contact us promptly for address changes; changes may not be possible after dispatch. For delayed, damaged or missing shipments, contact us with your order number.
